Richard Goddard founded Concept Studio in 1987, bringing nearly four decades of experience to the company. Under his leadership, Concept Studio has evolved into a trusted resource for high-end design and premium hard surface materials. He works closely with the team to uphold the company’s commitment to thoughtful design, quality and an exceptional client experience. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, Dede, and their two Bernedoodles, Lowell and Lucy.

Michelle Venegas brings over three decades of experience to Concept Studio, having been a dedicated part of the team since 1992. As a Project Manager, she oversees all aspects of her projects from start to finish ensuring everything runs seamlessly while supporting both clients and the design team every step of the way. When she’s not at work, you can find Michelle riding her e-bike on sunny Saturdays or escaping to Mammoth, her happy place.

Melissa Roth brings over 26 years of experience to Concept Studio, where she serves as both a Project Manager and Draftsperson. She works closely with clients, designers, architects, and contractors to bring spaces to life through detailed design drawings and seamless project execution. When she’s not at work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, visiting museums, and exploring her passion for historic architecture.

Maia Ziegler Dwyer brings over 25 years of experience to Concept Studio, where she has grown from an assistant to a trusted design and sales expert. She collaborates closely with interior designers and homeowners to design the hard surfaces throughout the home whether a small single area or a full ground up project. When she’s not at work, Maia enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband Bruce and their German Shorthair pup, Eliot.

Lindsay Manning brings over 20 years of experience to Concept Studio, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2004. As a Project Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, handling the details that support each project from start to finish and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and the design team. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys cheering on her kids at their various sporting events.

Sam brings 23 years of experience to Concept Studio as Warehouse Manager. He oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring materials are received, inspected, organized, and shipped efficiently. His responsibilities include quality control, inventory management, material inspections, and preparing orders for client pick-up or delivery. When he’s not at work, Sam enjoys spending time with his kids, sharing his favorite dad jokes, and making people laugh.

Jamie Klippert brings over 16 years of experience to Concept Studio, where she manages all things accounting. From accounts receivable and accounts payable to wire transfers, electronic banking, and human resources support, she plays a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. When she’s not at work, Jamie enjoys traveling, skiing, and playing golf.

Nancy brings 16 years of experience to Concept Studio in Accounting. She manages all aspects of accounting, including payables, receivables, payroll, employee benefits, and 401(k) administration. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys walking with her Golden Retriever, traveling with her husband, playing bridge with friends, and reading. She also loves spending time hiking in the mountains of Utah.

Verenisse brings 8 years of experience to Concept Studio, supporting both design and project management efforts. She specializes in detailed tile and stone drawings that bring clients’ ideas to life while assisting with project coordination and documentation. Outside of work, she enjoys beach walks with her family and getting lost in a good book.

Kristin brings 6 years of experience to Concept Studio as a Project Manager. A natural problem-solver and organizer, she helps keep projects running smoothly while ensuring a positive client experience from start to finish. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys beach volleyball, watching musicals, and spending quality time with her cats, Pippin and Ember.

Braulio brings 7 years of experience to Concept Studio as a Warehouse Associate. He ensures orders are checked-in accurately and manages the loading and unloading of tile and stone materials, helping keep the warehouse running smoothly. Outside of work, Braulio enjoys staying active through biking, playing basketball, and going on hikes.

Megan brings 3 years of experience to Concept Studio as Showroom Manager. She keeps the showroom looking pristine and inviting, adding her creative touch with weekly floral arrangements and inspiring table setups. Outside of work, Megan enjoys chasing sunshine, attending country concerts, and making memories with family and friends.

Jose brings 3 years of experience to Concept Studio as a Design and Sales Assistant. He helps develop hard surface solutions and supports projects from concept through specification. Outside of work, Jose enjoys theatre and discovering local artisans, gaining insight into the craftsmanship, materials and process that shape their art.

Robert brings 2 years of experience to Concept Studio as a Warehouse Clerk. He is responsible for receiving and quality-checking materials against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and readiness for each job, while maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Outside of work, Robert loves spending time with his kids and enjoys watching and playing sports.
