Our Process

I like to think our process is beautifully simple. Upon a client’s initial visit to our showroom, we focus first on understanding the architectural style of their home. From there, we guide them directly to the sections of the showroom that best typify and complement that specific genre.

Next, we collaborate directly with the client and their respective design team, including the architect, builder, and interior designer to thoroughly review the blueprints and determine how we can be of the greatest assistance. During this meeting, we establish budgetary parameters so we can precisely guide the client toward material selections that respect and adhere to the stated budget.

Once the plans are reviewed in detail, our dedicated sales team assembles a comprehensive preliminary cost analysis for review, modification, and ultimate approval. At this stage, we also discuss involving our exceptional in-house architectural drafting team. This ensures absolute precision for every area of the project from perfectly centering niches within walls to customizing details and valve heights to the client's exact preferences.

Our ultimate hope for every project is that we have made every effort to provide the client with the most seamless and enjoyable experience possible, from that first showroom visit, through the design phase, and up to the day they move in. For us, the greatest gift of all is running into a client years later and having them thank our team for helping bring their beautiful home to life.
